What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF files for digital patterns. For vintage or paper patterns, you can post them to us.  Please contact us first for a quote.

 

Do you alter the design?
No, we only adjust sizing. The style and design remain the same.

 

Do you add seam allowances?
We can adjust with or without seam allowances depending on your request.

 

How accurate is the resizing?
We use professional pattern drafting and grading methods.  But a good fit really depends on the accuracy of the measurements supplied.   A test garment (toile) is always recommended before cutting into final fabric.

 

How long does it take?
Most PDF resizing projects are completed within 5 working days. Vintage or complex projects may take longer.

 

Do you offer refunds?
As this is a digital service, refunds are not available once work has begun. If there is an error on our side, we will correct it free of charge.

 

What if I want my pattern printed and posted?
We are happy to offer this service, all patterns are printed on a plotter.  The width of the pattern paper is approx 790mm.   We use a postable tube and record the delivery.  We will inform you of the postage date and advise approx delivery date.
